Must have industry experience and must be able to sell yourself. These positions are not given away. They are the highest paid positions in the industry with a special tiered payscale for both sales and management. Must be high energy and willing to give your all to the creative management of your office. Deadheads need not apply. Sales Agents: Open Positions! Our sales agents are the most skilled, most product knowledgeable and highest paid in the industry. In order to qualify for these positions, you must be ethical, enthusiastic, willing to learn and have a desire to make lots of money. You will be trained within an inch of your life and challenged, and you will love every minute of it. The sales floor is a high energy and dynamic place to be. You must have an insurance license to hold this position. If you do not have an insurance license but are looking to start a career in the insurance field, inquire into this position and we will walk you through your prelicensing requirements. Customer Service: Open Positions! InsureSuite employs a rather large Customer Service staff who are dedicated professionals in servicing client needs. You must have a license, be willing to learn and have a desire and ability to help other people. There is a special 2 year training program specifically designed to train you in all aspects of administration of insurance policies, computers and basic insurance training. You must be high energy, enthusiastic, want to help people and have good communication skills to enter this program. This division is gearing up to run 24/7 so different shifts will be available for hiring purposes. Quality Assurance: Open Positions! InsureSuite has a unique, state of the art Quality Assurance division which aspires to top industry standards and setting the pace for a new era in Quality Assurance. In order to qualify for these positions, you must hold an insurance license, be trained in underwriting, have communciation skills and be computer literate. This division is gearing up to run 24/7 so different shifts will be available for hiring purposes. We also offer administrative assistant positions for those who want to learn underwriting on a professional level and you may want to inquire and enter this field as an administrative assistant and move up the ranks. Must be professional and have a professional attitude. Technology: Open Positions! Positions are available in our systems department in both the administrative, technical and development arenas. We pride ourselves on our use of state of the art computer technology as this is one of our main thrusts in the expansion process.
