MEDICAL INFORMATION

By providing any medical information to us you are explicitly waiving your right to privacy and granting InsureSuite your permission to share this information with others for the purpose of providing insurance quotations.

You have the rights, upon written request to us, to access to and reproduction of nonpublic personal information about you in our possession, and to identification of those persons or entities that we have disclosed nonpublic personal information about you within two years prior to your request. Additionally, you have the right, upon written request, to correction, amendment or deletion of such nonpublic personal information, and, if we disagree with your request, to add your views to our records.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY

We protect your nonpublic personal information. The only employees who have access to that information are those who must have it to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal and state regulations to guard your nonpublic personal financial information.

The customer information that is collected to process your order might include contact information (name, mailing address, telephone number, fax number and/or email address); information relating to driving history (prior insurance coverage and/or driving records); information relating to additional insured’s (name, mailing address, telephone number, fax number, email address and/or marital status); and financial information (name on account, credit card number and expiration date, and/or tracking information from checks or money orders), depending upon the nature of your request.

The contact information, driving history information and financial information from the order form are used to process your request. All information is secured and maintained on-file in our corporate office in Glendale, California and is sometimes used to contact the customer for purposes of completing the services requested by the customer. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the customer and this information is not shared with anyone outside of our company, except the merchant bank for the processing of credit card orders.

Our hosting service logs IP addresses, browser types and referral information that is used by our marketing staff. We use personally identifying information to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, to statistically analyze site usage, to improve our content and product offerings and to customize our site’s content, layout and services.

We may use your information to deliver information to you that, in some cases, is targeted to your interests, such as banners, new services and promotions. We may ask you to provide us voluntarily with additional information regarding your personal or business interests, experience or requests, which we may use to customize our service for you.

We may also use or disclose information to resolve disputes, investigate problems, or enforce our User Agreement. At times, we may review status or activity of multiple users to do so. Users can contact InsureSuite to remove certain information from our databases and opt out of future solicitations from us or to change or modify any information previously provided to us.

To preserve customer’s anonymity and to assure the quality of customer communications, InsureSuite provides customers with the opportunity to opt out to any further marketing promotions. Our site provides users the opportunity to opt out of receiving communications from us or our partners at the point where we request information.

DISCLOSURE TO OUTSIDE PARTIES

Aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns and related site information may be provided to reputable third parties. These statistics may contain personally identifying information, but will not contain financial information. InsureSuite may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to comply with the law, enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or protect the rights, property or safety of InsureSuite, our customers or others.

COOKIES

We use outside companies to display ads on our site. These ads may contain cookies (pieces of information that a website transfers to an individual’s hard drive for record keeping purposes while at the site). While we use cookies in other parts of our site, our ad company collects cookies received with banner ads and we do not have any access to this information.

THIRD PARTY PRACTICES

The Privacy Policy of an advertiser or promotional service appearing at our site may differ from ours. We encourage you to read that policy before responding to that offer.

CHILDREN UNDER 13

We have no way of distinguishing the age of individuals who access our website; however, in the event that we discover that a child under the age of 13 is providing personally-identifying information, we will not accept any such information. If a child had provided us with personally identifying information without parental or guardian consent, the parent or guardian should contact us to remove that information and opt out of promotional opportunities.
